The Dot Hill 4720 AssuredSAN Storage Array is a reliable, high-performance solution that's capable of 99.999% availability. The 4720 is a shared storage system that works with systems such as StorNext and Xsan to enable numerous simultaneous streams of 2K, 4K, HD and 3D content – while not dropping frames. The 4720 is optimized for a variety of applications, including video editing, streaming, finishing, broadcasting, telecommunications captures and onset acquisitions.

Equipped with two dozen 2.5” drives, the Dot Hill 4720 scales to 24 terabytes (TB) of storage. The 4720 Array supports SAS, Nearline SAS and SSD drives. Its built-in redundancy – including dual RAID controllers and hot-swappable components – minimizes downtime. Thanks to Dot Hill's intuitive web-based interface, the 4720 is remarkably easy to deploy, configure and manage.
