Powered by up to eight Intel Itanium 9300 Series processors, the HP BL890c i2 supports up to 384 gigabytes of DDR3 memory via 96 DIMMs and 2.4 terabytes of internal disk storage using eight 300-gigabyte SAS drives. The BL890c i2 Blade, which supports the HP-UX 11i v3 operating environment, is compatible with HP ProLiant and StorageWorks blades and the c-Class enclosure.
