The 2U IBM x3650 M3 Server features an energy-efficient and space-saving design that delivers more performance per watt than competing systems. Not only does the x3650 M3 tackle mission-critical applications flawlessly, it'll also save your datacenter money in the long-run.

Powered by one or two Intel Xeon 5600 Series processors, the IBM x3650 M3 scales to 192 gigabytes of memory via 18 DIMMs and 12 megabytes of Level 3 cache. For internal storage, the x3650 M3 supports up to 8 terabytes of SAS or SATA data or 800 gigabytes of SSD. What's more, the x3650 M3 is compatible with a variety of operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux, VMware ESXi and Oracle Solaris.
