The IBM x3755 M3 (IBM System x3755 M3) Server is a slim 2U solution that's especially optimized for the needs of midsized datacenters. Equipped with two or four 8-core or 12-core AMD Opteron 6000 processors, the IBM x3755 M3 Server scales to 256 gigabytes of main memory via 32 DIMMs, 16 terabytes of internal disk storage and 12 megabytes of Level 3 cache. For flexibility, the IBM x3755 M3 supports a variety of operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, VMware, SUSE Linux and Red Hat Linux.
