The IBM p615 server, sometimes called the IBM eServer pSeries 615 and the IBM 615, is an entry-level IT solution that features a space-efficient design that ensures it'll fit snuggly in your datacenter. Equipped with IBM POWER4+ technology, the IBM p615 is available in one-way and two-way configurations. The IBM p615 scales up to 16 gigabytes of main memory and up to 1.1 terabytes of internal disk storage using eight disk drives. What's more, the IBM p615 features redundant cooling and power supplies that make for minimal system downtime. The IBM 615 supports the IBM AIX and select Linux operating systems.
