2Gb/sec short wavelength fibre channel adapter that is attached to the SE9980 disk controller frame unit (DKC460I) or SE9970 integrated controller and disk array frame unit (DKC465I) and provides two 4 port Fibre adapters with short wavelength laser diode for connection to multi-mode type fibre-optic cable for each side of the storage disk controller unit. Optical interfaces are non-OFC.
