The Dell M710HD (Dell PowerEdge M710HD) Blade Server is a two-socket, full-height module that's backed by Intel Xeon 5500/5600 Series processing technology. The PowerEdge M710 Blade fits two 2.5-inch SAS drives and scales to 192 gigabytes of main memory via a dozen 16-gigabyte DIMMs (or 144 gigabytes with 18 8-gigabyte sticks). The Dell M710HD is the first blade to be equipped with Dell's network daughter card (NDC), which acts as a configurable base network port.
