Equipped with eight 12-core AMD Opteron 6100 processors, the Dell PowerEdge C6145 Server scales to 1 terabyte of main memory via 16-gigabyte DIMMs. In total, the C6145 supports up to 96 cores per system; it is expected to support 128 down the line. For added reliability, the Dell C6145 features two redundant power supplies.
