The Dell T710 (Dell PowerEdge T710) Server is a highly scalable tower system that allows for streamlined deployment and management. The Dell PowerEdge T710, powered by six-core or quad-core Intel Xeon 5500/5600 Series processors, scales to 144 gigabytes of main memory via 18 DIMMs and 8 terabytes of internal disk storage when equipped with 1-terabyte SAS or SATA drives. Compatible with the Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux and SUSE Linux operating systems.

In its review, PC Pro said the Dell T710 is “well built, well designed and clearly capable of covering a lot of bases.” The T710 aims to be a “floor-standing alternative for businesses that have no desire for a rack cabinet,” the magazine said. IT PRO called it a “big and bold” system that “scores well for its excellent build quality and internal design.”
