The Sun SPARC Enterprise M9000 server offers powerful computing performance usually reserved for much larger systems or clusters. At the CPU board level, the Sun M9000 holds up to sixteen 2.28GHz or 2.4GHz SPARC64 VI dual-core processors with SPARC V9 architecture. The M9000 is also a RAM powerhouse, featuring as many as four CPU memory boards with the ability to hold up to 128GB of RAM per board and as much as 512GB of total system memory.
